The 2005 Tour featured homes priced from a $70,000 to $4.5 million. Our COBA Project Home was built as a cooperative effort of many members of the Central Oregon Builders Association. Proceeds from the sale of this house will benefit Oregonians for Affordable Housing. The Tour covered a wide area, with homes in Sisters, Prineville, Redmond, LaPine and all points between.
